Erwin is the founder of YYC Mobility Care and a Certified Assisted Stretching Therapist with over a decade of hands-on experience working in hospital, public-sector, and private clinic settings as a rehabilitation assistant. He is currently completing his Master’s in Manual Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences, which deeply informs his understanding of connective tissue, complex movement patterns, and how hands-on work creates lasting mobility.
In his practice, Erwin blends traditional assisted stretching and PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) techniques. His treatments are designed to help clients melt away the muscle tension accumulated from desk work, recover from athletic training, and resolve stubborn stiffness.
Erwin believes that preventative care is one of the most important ways to reduce the risk of injury and maintain high-quality movement, directly shaping how you feel and function in your day-to-day life.
